INNOVATIVE ADVISORY AND CONSULTING FIRMS JOIN FORCES TO EXPAND CLIENT SERVICES

Renown Veteran Industry Analyst Joaquin Gonzalez Also Joins Newly Formed "Experture Group"

WESTPORT, CONNECTICUT, July 25, 2007 – Experture, an innovative provider of advisory and consulting services, announced that it is joining forces with Robert Frances Group (RFG), business advisors to IT executives. The combined companies will be known as The Experture Group.

Experture and RFG are merging their research and operational resources, to deliver broader, deeper expertise and greater business value to clients. The two companies will initially merge their research deliverables to business and IT executives, investors, and shareholders. The companies then plan to integrate their respective analyst, consulting, and practitioner resources.

"This alliance will deliver significant additional business benefit to Experture and RFG clients," said Cal Braunstein, chairman/CEO and executive director of research at RFG. "The synergies between the two companies mean expanded abilities to deliver actionable, business-driven, independent, and timely technology research."

"I am excited by this opportunity to deliver dramatically increased value to clients," said Art Herold, executive vice president of sales and operations at Experture. "This partnership is wholly consistent with Experture's goal of improving return on investment for every stakeholder at every client company."

"RFG's expert staff and its event and publishing businesses are strong complements to Experture's Expercycle research network," said Jack Brown, founder of both companies. "With this combination, we offer enterprises a wide range of experience-driven, independent, and unbiased research dedicated to optimizing business/technology ROI. The combination also strengthens our ability to provide targeted, economical advice and consulting – 'wisdom on demand' – to busy, resource-constrained business and IT decision-makers."

Experture's Expercycle is a network of more than 100 seasoned IT professionals and category specialists. Through this new alliance, they are joined by a core of RFG and Experture professionals with an average of more than 20 years' experience in the deployment and management of technologies that drive and deliver business value. This combined wealth of knowledge and experience will also drive client-driven research deliverables, from syndicated and custom-prepared Research Notes and white papers to live events, teleconferences, and Webinars.

Experture also announced that esteemed veteran industry analyst Joaquin Gonzalez is joining The Experture Group as an executive vice president. Mr. Gonzalez will contribute to the advisory, consulting, and research efforts of the combined RFG and Experture teams, and develop new services based on the innovative Experture business model.

Mr. Gonzalez previous served as CEO & research director of the Syndicated Research Group and of the World Research Advisory, Inc., and was Executive Vice President of New Business Ventures at META Group, Inc. Before joining META Group in October of 1989, he was a partner with Ernst & Young. Mr. Gonzalez founded and was Vice President and Service Director of Gartner Group’s Enterprise Networking Strategies service, after serving as Program Director for that company’s Strategies in Telecommunications service. Before joining Gartner Group, Mr. Gonzalez held executive and managerial positions in marketing and product management with CCMI/McGraw Hill, AT&T, and Satellite Business Systems.
